Hi, we're Behk & LAH (ehl-uh) — and yes, we've been there.
This is the podcast where brave people come to tell the truth about toxic love — the narcissists, the gaslighters, the cheaters, and all the chaos in between. We talk about it with honesty, a little humor, and zero shame. You might cry. You will probably laugh. You'll definitely feel less alone.
We've both done the work — the therapy, the ... more

I recently found this podcast and I throughly enjoy the hosts interaction with their guests.
Sensitive but also light hearted where appropriate. Keep the episodes coming!
This podcast should be mandatory listening for anyone navigating relationships. This podcast covers the gambit from holding narcissists accountable for their behaviors, understanding those behaviors and where they spawn from and what to expect, to finding the resources and strength to break free while knowing you are not alone!!! So many incredible stories shared, so many tales of courage and triumph. Thank you Behk and Lah for the public service you are doing here for everyone!!!
I absolutely love this podcast! The hosts are empathetic but also appropriately funny. I love how they provide insightful commentary that I have learned a lot from.
What an absolutely insane way to live your life. Would be sad if it wasn't also vile. Sounds like finding information on your ex is a lot of time and effort to pour into someone who's been living an entire life beyond you for years and years now, and also like a great way to broadcast your inability to move forward with your own life.
I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts about similar topics. This one does a great job for a lot of reasons. The hosts are sensitive of course, but when there is an appropriate moment to joke and laugh they do, which is refreshing - as one who can relate to a lot of the guests I also know that after time perspective can give us the healthy humor when we reflect on these situations. Great job!

Brutally honest conversations about toxic relationships, with a mix of empathy, humor, and practical guidance. Guests share personal journeys through narcissistic partners, gaslighting, abuse, and recovery, often weaving mental health, therapy, parenting, and self-empowerment into actionable takeaways. The hosts' supportive yet candid style aims to help survivors feel less alone and to offer resources for healing, boundary-setting, and personal growth. Notable strengths include a strong focus on real-life stories, evidence-based context from therapists and coaches, and a balance of levity and seriousness to make difficult topics accessible.
A standout aspect is the sustained emphasis on healing via community, therapy, and self-care, plus e... more
