I haven’t swam in 4. 5 months. I really like the My Swim Pro Swim comeback episode and really like the techniques that the person explains in the episode. I like to swim because I do it as my exercise.
This is very good podcast.
These podcasts are fantastic to listen to. They are great to catch up on the way to the pool so the information is fresh in your mind when training.
This is so good to listen to, I learned how to swim great at breaststroke! I am a Breaststroker and I couldn’t brake a 1:19:64 but now I can with the way that Lilly King swims breaststroke! This really helps!
I’m so glad this is available for swimmers! So happy I found this!
