Brenton is an excellent teacher who breaks down swimming technique and explains how to improve, a fantastic resource for swimmers of all levels.
As an adult that learned how to swim only a few years ago, I have learned to appreciate the way Brenton can motivate me to improve as a swimmer and an athlete by explaining things in ways I can clearly understand, and also by having a lot of great guests on this podcast. The topics have included the mental aspects of swimming, nutrition, as well as hearing from other coaches and their approach to how to help people become better swimmers. Highly recommended!!
Love this podcast and listen weekly. Great guests, insightful information. Also attended one of Brenton’s terrific clinics in Melbourne.
