  • Love this 🌊

This is such a great podcast, I love it! The episode with Osteopath Mark Andrews was recommended to me as I have a shoulder injury that I am battling, and this was fascinating! I absolutely loved hearing what Mark had to say about working through injury and this has helped my mindset so much. Will is such a great host and I have started right back at season 1, episode 1 and can’t wait to devour the whole series. If you love being in the sea, in a wetsuit on a surf board or in skins, this is for ... more

  • Excellent and interesting series of conversations

This is a fantastic podcast for anybody with an interest in swimming. Ostensibly for open water swimmers those who pool swim will get something from it too.

The host gently takes his guests through their swimming lives and gives them time to talk and articulate their swimming journey (sometimes life journey).

The guests are as varied as the swims they have completed and each one brings something new to the podcast.

Having binged the episodes over a few days I cannot recommend this podc... more
