  • Beautiful and Introspective

This show is a wonderful look at the inner workings of humanities struggles and strengths. It reminds me that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes, that everyone feels that way at some point throughout their lives. The host has a way of including the listener that makes it feel like I’m in a conversation with my own friend group. It reminds me that I’m right where I’m supposed to be. It’s a philosophical look at life, love, and self and it’s absolutely perfect.

  • Relatable and more helpful than you give yourself credit for ❤️

Hi 🙋‍♀️ I just listened to ‘Hi I’m crazy but also fine...’ and wanted to let you know that this episode in particular felt like a little glimpse into the inner dialogue divergences and ramblings. Though from this episode it seems you’re much better at getting back on track and remember to complete your thoughts. I struggle with even remembering what the heck I was saying after rambling about 12 other things. Lol But anyways, for me your podcast gives me actual insight into adhd and anxiety base... more
