I have listened to every episode of the show and look forward to hearing the rest. It’s so nice and refreshing to hear stories that we often don’t get to hear— from women, from marginalized populations and countries, etc. It’s excellent.!!

What’s in an Accent episode touched on a few issues. I really enjoyed listening to all three people’s perspectives and hearing what it is to be African vs. another culture. We all seem to originate from somewhere and hearing this podcast talk about their upbringing gets me thinking. How really closely we all are to each other and not really understanding how close that really is.
