    Thank you very much for this podcast. As someone who has only just started in this field in the last couple of years - coming from a more traditional microbiology background - this podcast is providing a great deal of very valuable insight. It does exactly as aimed, which is to help the listener by filling in many of the unspoken bits of knowledge that one is somehow supposed to acquire.   • I wish I had access to podcasts like this when I was a newbie

    The hosts are knowledgeable and well respected in the field. They are honest and straightforward, and I was engaged all through the first episode. So much so that on my crowded streetcar ride, I immediately started listening to episode 2, after texting a colleague that he should give it a whirl.
