  • AI voice :(

I used to listen to this regularly. I really like the content and found the voice relaxing. After noticing the AI-generated “artwork” and some strange pauses, tonation and cadence from the narrator, I looked up where the voice came from and learned it’s AI too. Such a shame…I’m sure there’s a real human out there who could use the work and could read with a voice that’s just even lovelier and more relaxing.

  • Horrible Slop

Quite poor overall. It meanders endlessly, circling the same points and rephrasing them without adding anything new. The AI-generated feel is obvious. It might work as background noise to fall asleep to, but if you actually care about the subject, it’s frustrating—there’s no sense that a real person put thought into it. Ultimately, it comes across as empty and meaningless.

  • Interesting

Listening to the gilded age one and falling blissfully to sleep, to be woken suddenly by a loud, fast ad in the middle of the story. Please put the ads at the start!!! Defeats the whole purpose.
