Great content, but terrible sound quality. If they get the audio issues (volume consistency and background noise) figured out this would be a five star podcast.
Thanks for all of the information guys, This is helpful and well presented. One of the hardest things I find about meat science is that it is so multifaceted with so many unique approaches and areas of study that it can be a confusing field to study later in life after having studied in other fields. Appreciate the ways that you show some of these different approaches and areas of study at a high level!
Very informative. I’m relatively new in the industry, and I find the podcast very helpful.
Francisco , Dr Bass and there guests are such great sources of information. Even if you have to sometimes do a google for the episodes to keep pace it’s well worth it . For everyone from the retail butcher to the end consumer . Really great job overall .
Appreciate your podcast and the content.
