There is only one show in town this week. Shackelford and Donegan look back on an incredible weekend at Cypress Point, where the US beat GB&I to retain the Walker Cup. It's a long one, clocking in at 114 minutes. But also a good one.

Lawrence will block you for suggesting to keep American politics out of the golf podcast. Ruins the great golf discussion.
Love his golf course work, but Geoff Shackelford is absolutely insufferable.
I really liked this pod at the start. Since geoff joined as co-host it has become unlistenable to me now and this final episode was the last time i’ll listen.
He has to be the most negative person i have ever heard talk about anything and just finds a way to moan about everything and anything.
A shame as it started as an interesting pod.
Love the golf content, but keep your opinions on US politics out. Annika really needs a drive by 18 months later for receiving an award from Trump on 1/7/22? Stick to golf. Lawrence will block you for this suggestion
If you listen to No laying Up, or The Shotgun Start, or even The Smylie show, this podcast is very lacklustre in comparison when it comes to genuine knowledge. The Olympics episode (the last one) is fraught with guesswork and inaccuracies. Added to that, they release episodes in a haphazard fashion with zero consistency, and will always add a smidgen of arrogance/ignorance into their style.
