Interesting topics, I feel they are far to long for the topics they cover. They could be edited to 30 to 40 minutes and they would hold the listens interest much better.

Episode 209: How To Win At Aronimink
Q: How is the course being prepared to host the PGA Championship?
Kiddie describes targeted adjustments like narrowing fairways, adding length where possible, and reconfiguring spaces for traffic, galleries, and hospitality, while preserving the original Ross greens to maintain historic character.
Episode 209: How To Win At Aronimink
Q: What makes Aronimink special as a championship venue?
Jeff Kiddie explains that Aronimink's blend of a member-friendly, playable course with world-class championship conditioning—and the thoughtful orchestration with the PGA of America—creates a unique, iconic setting that can stage exciting, close finishes.
Episode 205: A New Spin On Augusta’s Magic
Q: What made Masters the right venue for this story, rather than, say, the Open Championship?
Masters offered the most accessibility and romantic resonance for a broad audience, plus a strong link to Augusta National that aligned with Nicklaus' history and the novel's magical premise.
Episode 205: A New Spin On Augusta’s Magic
Q: Was there a moment or a plot detail or realization where you said, okay, this is the book I'm going to sit down and write?
The idea crystallized after leaving ESPN, when the author realized giving an ordinary person a Nicklaus clubs could unlock a universal fantasy about playing like the greats, so he committed to making it authentic through his golf reporting experiences.
