This is probably the worst podcast on philosophy out there. The hosts never shut up and never allow any interviewee to finish a thought. The whole thing quickly becomes unbearably chaotic and self-serving. The hosts endlessly talk about themselves too, their ideas, their works, their readings, their posts, which is quite frankly unbearable. Don’t waste your time on this.
Please edit the pauses in dialogue down. You both spend way too long waiting to respond to one another. And my god, Taylor, you sound stoned, man. Get to your point quicker.
I love critical theory and continental philosophy, and this is THE theory podcast - not only because they regularly have academic rockstars as guests, but because of the depth & breadth of knowledge of the hosts. 30 minutes at the start of the episode of "about the author" is too long! Get to the point!
