  • Pretty Rough Lately

I can’t stick with this anymore; I’m sorry. The guests aren’t really experts in anything anymore; the audio quality is rough on the ears, and the tone is very smug and self-satisfied. I’m feeling pushed to become more conservative by this programming which kind of freaks me out but that’s just because it’s so abrasively egotistical.

  • Good stuff!

I especially love when acid horizon invites voices that are less represented in the world of philosophy podcasts! 😉

Keep up the great work! (If you feel like it and if you have the capacity. It’s also fine to rest or pursue other projects. 🍞🌹)

  • A suggestion

I enjoy this podcast. One thing I wish they would do more - when reading a quote, please offer an explanation of what the quote is saying after reading it. Often quotes from D&G or whoever it is have lots of unfamiliar terms and concepts, so those of us who are less familiar with these works would benefit from a little more unpacking of these concepts.

  • Immature dialectic

Chill boring professor-dude is perfect. Unfortunately find it off putting when the ”philosophy afficionado and bravado-guy” has learned a new word and is really proud he could use it in a sentence.
