Wow! I really needed this content and give thanks to the Lord for leading me to this podcast. As a late in life woman diagnosed with ADHD and recovering from neurodivergent burnout I am beginning to understand just how detrimental my self talk and mental pathways have been pretty much my entire life. I found this content practical and scripturally based that will help in my burnout recovery and Christian walk. Thank you!
This podcast is so encouraging and exactly what I was looking for. I love listening to other homemakers but often it’s so focused on motherhood, which is beautiful, but not a season of life I am in yet. As a new bride of less than a year, I appreciate Evelyn’s honesty and encouragement that it’s okay to be learning and growing in your wifehood and homemaking.
This podcast is about ways to create a healthier home environment while including christ into your home. As we are entering the lent season I will this is so important to understand. If you are looking for advice or insight on ways to create a more peaceful home without pressure of wanting it to be perfect it’s definitely worth listening to!!
Evelyn is such an encouragement. You can hear the joy of the Lord by the way she talks. She has really encouraged me to prepare for Easter and especially lent. I want to make it extra special this year like she does! I would love the lent devotional she talked about!
I just started listening and this is perfect! I’m getting married this upcoming August and I’m not even living with my man yet and I’ve found myself stressing about how I need to be the “perfect Proverbs 31 wife”, keep a home clean, and be that “has it all together housewife”. This has totally helped me take a step back and look at things without stress, the way God intended. Excited to keep listening!
