    These episodes are quick pick me ups on a variety of everyday life issues and how to deal with them. Suzanne’s positive outlook is infectious and the episodes are very relatable. If you want free 10 minute therapy sessions this is a great place to start.

    I found it so important to learn that anger is nothing to feel ashamed about. Losing control, hurting others with angry words, not acceptable because now I understand that things said in Anger can never be unheard! Forgiven, yes… Forgotten Never! I learned to remove myself, breathe and either write out my feelings or Privately.. rage and shout them out!!!!! Thank you👍🤝🤝🤝
