I love that the first episode addressed barriers to accessing therapy and gave helpful coping mechanisms for times when access isn’t possible. This is actionable information in a pandemic environment and worth a listen.
Excellent start Erin. Agree with Rebecca at the end on ways to heal with or without medication. Will there be a session on question and answers?? Just an idea. Keep this going Erin. I Know and have other professionals in CT you can interview. Loved it. Brought back memories.
I’m so glad I took the time out to give this podcast a listen. It inspired me to take advantage of the tools available to me for my own healing on a day to day, as well as provided answers about a lot of terms I have heard used regarding mental health that I wasn’t so clear on. I’m so grateful this is here to assist black people with our healing. I can’t wait for episode 2!
