    In his podcast, Hugo tells how he feels in some episodes, gives advice in others, has guests on, and advocates for so many people in all walks of life. It’s a great podcast to listen to at any time, wherever you are. 10/10 would recommend.

    This podcast does a really great job of putting a comedic twist on mental health. I like the stories from the military and how willing you are to share what’s going on inside of your head.
