今天我們要聊的，是《黃帝內經》裡一句讓人意外的話。
在《素問·陰陽應象大論》裡，黃帝與岐伯討論五臟與情志的關係，明確記載： 「喜傷心」。
聽到這裡，您可能心想：「開心也會傷身？那我們到底要不要開心啊？」
