  • Fantastic Resource!

This podcast is exactly what I’ve been I’ve wanted to find for a long time. It’s exciting to not only hear about the latest archaeological discoveries that continue to support the historicity of the Biblical text, but to hear commentary about the finds and why they are significant. I don’t always have time to read the articles that get released about these discoveries, so having a resource that allows me to learn while on my commute is so valuable! I look forward to many future episodes!

It suggests that bloomed iron could be traded and transported in its porous, solid form and later consolidated at the destination into billets for artifact production, indicating a more distributed production chain than previously thought.
#62: Israeli Underwater Excavations Reveal Earliest Hoard of Iron Blooms From 600 B.C.E.
Q: Can you please give us some of the details of where it was discovered?

#60: Revealed: A 2,700-Year-Old Depiction of Jerusalem and King Hezekiah (Exclusive Interview)

#60: Revealed: A 2,700-Year-Old Depiction of Jerusalem and King Hezekiah (Exclusive Interview)
Q: Can you set up the scene, set up the throne room? What is kind of the idea of the throne room? What is on the walls?
The throne room was depicted with large stone slabs, intricately carved, presenting Sennacherib's accomplishments. It included scenes of his third campaign, which provides valuable insights into the Iron Age around 700 BC.
