  • Fabulous!

What a useful conversation about feelings. I find I can read and re-read the book but this learning needs practice and lots of exposure to go in deeply enough to be of real use in a triggered situation. Thank you for a podcast I can listen to when I’m doing mindless tasks to help it absorb in my brain!

  • Empathy

Despite listening to as much of Rosenberg as I could, I was confused about exactly what was meant by “empathy.”

Nate & the couple he helps cleared that up for me in “Love Potion Number Nine.”

It’s a mirror that we become to the other - ideally with a bit more of a giraffe take on what they’ve said, and with an expectation of confirmation or clarification.

Thanks to all 3 of you for that!

  • Gem!

Nate’s a Gem! After learning about NVC, I searched high and low for video, audio and coaching. Nate struck a cord in my heart and brain. His approach is efficient and very kind.
