I can’t say enough good things about this podcast! Allie and Lauren really know their stuff and they share their knowledge in ways both therapists and parents can effectively learn! I work primarily with teens and adults, but learning about children and growth from childhood into adolescence and adulthood is essential in being able to work effectively with the population I serve. Everyone, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and teachers needs to listen to this podcast!
All parents should at the very least listen to episode one. You will learn what signs your child may show to indicate they may need help from a counselor and how to go about finding a good one. I wish this podcast had been released a year or two ago. We would have gotten help for our son so much sooner. I found this so informative, helpful, and easy to listen to.
