這一集，我想分享前兩個月的作品——Save Me From Myself。
這首歌是在我剛搬到鹿港出差的那段時間寫下的。
那時候，我一個人待在工業區，面對陌生的環境，也經歷了一些和過去相似的事情。
被誤會、被否定，卻不知道該怎麼解釋。
而這一次，我開始重新看待這些事情。
我發現，過去的自己其實很容易因為不相信自己，而選擇一直忍耐。
明明知道一個環境不適合自己，卻告訴自己再撐一下。
明明知道自己受到傷害，卻懷疑是不是自己想太多。
明明心裡知道答案，卻總是希望從別人那裡得到認同。

這一集回到一個更根本的問題：
創作，能不能不再靠消耗自己來維持？
過去我一直以為，音樂創作必須不斷輸出、保持速度，才代表自己有在前進。
但長期下來，我開始意識到，真正影響創作狀態的，並不是靈感多寡，而是整體的心理結構與日常流程。
當焦慮與孤獨感出現時，我開始嘗試改變方式。
不再把創作當成一次次的大型輸出，而是拆解成非常微小的日常行動——聽歌、整理素材、建立模板。
這些看似不起眼的累積，反而成為讓創作持續運作的基礎。
