• 情緒隔離的慣性反應 意識到面對重大事件習慣說「還好」，忽略內心真實情感，以為無情緒起伏。
• 「還好」實為情緒延遲 寵物離世或親友過世，當下說「還好」，事後悲傷延遲出現。
• 情緒轉化為身體反應 延遲情緒未消失，可能轉化為身體反應，揭示「還好」背後隱藏情感。
