  • Simply the best!

I usually struggle with podcasts because I’m a visual learner, prefer to read, and I zone out when just listening. However, this is the one podcast that has my attention from start to finish and I thoroughly enjoy it. I look forward to what will come out next so I can have one hour on the bike trainer I know I’ll be totally distracted by the podcast. Thanks Ladies for being so down to earth and real, your laughs being me joy.

  • Kudos on a informative but fun podcast

Too many podcasts on endurance sports, the hosts sound like Charlie Brown's teacher wah-wah. Not with Angela and Amy! Listening to them feels like sitting around a table, talking sports while drinking our favorite beverage. As promised, these two, whether talking to each other or a guest, certainly keep it real!"

  • So helpful!!!

As a new triathlete, listening to Angela and Amy week after week has helped me sooo much to understand the ins and outs of the sport! Love hearing the perspective of a Pro (Angela) and of an Age grouper (Amy)! Great combo!!! They talk relatable topics like managing work/life/train for busy moms! Love the Fact or Fiction episodes and the Q&As! Love it all!

  • Content is good but volume isn’t

I like the content of this podcast but when the hosts laugh, especially when they laugh together which happens a lot , it is like a scream in my ear . So either laugh less or make the volume low on the laugh. It’s really distracting when I’m trying to listen to your great content .
