Focuses on riding education through exploring various aspects of horse behavior, rider biomechanics, and emotional connections between horses and riders. Each episode offers practical tips and expert insights aimed at enhancing both the rider's skills and the horse's well-being. Themes of trauma, nervous system awareness, and communication are often prevalent, encouraging riders to understand their own physical and emotional states that can impact their relationship with their horses.
