Right on time (pandemic & more) in-depth exploration & vulnerable discourse - thank you, America Paredes & Theresa Nguyen ! I listen to Therapy for Black Girls often with Dr. Joy Harden which centers intergenerational trauma. Your podcast definitely adds a lot to my knowledge about mental health as a Black woman artist in the Midwest.
I really enjoy this podcast it’s so honest and such a breath of fresh air. I feel this is a podcast anyone from any walk of life can relate to these topics one way or another. I love listening to these ladies give their eye opening points of view.
The content is o.k. but the delivery sounds unprofessional. Too much up-talking and slang like “dude” diminishes their advice.
