It’s not easy finding a podcast that I like, but I like this podcast, its content, and both hosts.
I’m a hispanic woman in my mid 50s who is originally from California. I became a fan of Dr. Imani from the Married to Medicine LA🤩 days. I was ecstatic to find this show because the topics are relevant and interesting and both hosts (Dr. Imani & Meg) are authentic, informative and engaging.

I love this show! I might be biased because these conversations validate things I think but don’t say. Great to normalize mental health as a real life situation that can be treated and or managed. more
I’m loving this podcast! Not only is Dr. Imani a professional, but often she has other professionals on as guests. I find her personal and informative, laying out the information so I can understand everything. The episodes even seem to allow me to stop and restart at need without having to rewind to get what is going on. Two thumbs way up! The episode about the great depress -it almost sounds like depression symptoms are what I deal with in ADHD. Of course, there are so many co morbities..
