I am loving this show. As someone who struggles with anxiety, it’s so therapeutic to listen to other people’s experiences with it. It makes me laugh, makes me feel seen and less alone, and reminds me that it’s ok to feel anxious about, well, everything!

This is one of my favourite podcasts. This is coming from someone who doesn’t suffer from anxiety but I am able to relate so much to the different situations the hosts are discussing. Maybe I’m more anxious than I thought? Chris and Allison are great together and make a very difficult topic to discuss relatable and also really funny! Highly recommend.

This is so hilarious. It’s a great way to spend our time since we are not able to do things right now. Also, it makes me feel better to know I’m not the only crazy person out there! Thank you Allison and Christopher! Not only do I enjoy reading and listening to you guys when it’s travel related, but it’s good to know that you guys have found something to talk about that I’m willing to bet a lot of us can relate to! It’s got me really thinking how to deal better with my own anxieties!
