Wow what an inspirational story. William Carter really has overcome so many hurdles and not only had success, but is changing the future for others too.
My two boys have additional needs and sometimes I feel powerless to change things. I need to have a louder more confident voice for them so that they feel empowered to speak up as they get older.

I’m fighting for support for my own son who has dyslexia , dyspraxia and a visual disability , but I also hope that this educates, informs and changes the teachers in his life .
