  • My new favorite podcast!

Jessica and Josh are warm, funny, relatable, and super smart and knowledgeable in their field (but never talk over you- or under you either, for that matter; just right). I feel validated, encouraged and hopeful after listening, always having learned something new. And also, I just feel good after listening! Feels like hanging out with good friends.

  • A joy to listen to

I find myself coming back to this podcast over and over to receive cozy wisdom that helps me not only in my intimate relationship, but my relationships with friends and family. I’ve discovered how to a knowledge my own trauma responses and how to love my people as they navigate their trauma responses with compassion and love.
