Emdr and the mindfulness meditation have changed my life. I relaxed my poor exhausted nerves and created space for playfulness and joy everyday. Thank you Deandra ❤️
This podcast is lovely, down to earth and chill. It has awesome sound quality and the hosts voice is nice to listen to. I love the topics that are sometimes thought provoking and sometimes feel like your in the room gabbing with a friend. All around great and always looking forward to the next.
