I look forward to this podcast every week! Annie and Jen are incredibly knowledgeable and always provide valuable insights and practical tips that I can actually use. There’s always something new to learn or it’s a refresher/reminder. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work Annie & Jen!
I'm more looking for content on body neutrality and gentle nutrition, like in the "Life after diet" podcast, but for those who want to lose weight, this may be a good podcast for you. Personnally, I only listened to half an episode and it triggered anxiety.
Jen and Annie (podcast hosts) and their program have changed my life. I bought their self guided program back in 2018 and have listened to every podcast episode. Their content is so empowering!! While the focus is typically health and fitness, nearly everything they talk about is applicable to many aspects of life. Listening to them feels like being guided by a combination of friend, teacher, coach, mentor and wise aunt. I am grateful.
I have literally spent thousands on social media doctors and influencers who try and help organize eating, exercise, and mindset to improve my health. These ladies have summed up the process so well and in such a complete and affordable way. On top of the fact that podcast advice is free!! Keep doing what you’re doing Jen and Annie. You and your coaches are the real deal.
I started working with Balance365 six months ago. I was expecting a "plan" to help
me lose weight. What I've gotten from this program is much more than that.
They want to know what's going on with me, what's my back story, what's causing me to struggle, not what my scale says.
What I've gotten from this program:
-- Written materials and resources
-- Podcasts and recorded coaching calls to learn from
-- Facebook community support
-- Coaching from Balance365 coaches through Facebook groups more
