I just found this podcast. I’m so happy I did. I needed to listen to something that is relatable to
me and my upbriging as a Dominican girl who was raised by a bipolar mother (un-diagnosed).
I want to stop this cycle of stigmatism against mental health with our family.
So thoughtfully done! What I especially love is this that show showcases how we’re all so much more similar than we think. Super insightful and has quickly become one of my favorite pods.
