The Currywurst. Or perhaps “curry-ketchup sausages” are as common in Germany as perhaps hamburgers in the States. It’s a beloved snack, and an after-party savior. Currywurst has an interesting post-war history, and even started from an American GI in... more

Too general and rambling.
Why invite guests on the show if you’re going to constantly interrupt them. It’s maddening.
It's not an easy listen. Travis talks over his guests, assumes a lot of prior knowledge and flow is lacking. I've persevered to the latest episode....currywurst!? In terms of German history, podcast listeners are not well served.
The male host constantly interrupts the female host mid-sentence. Why have her as a host if you’re just going to trample her? I would love to hear this guy shut up long enough for her to get a full thought out.
I have listened to the first 14 episodes and I love it. Each episode goes into some depth and inspires me to look for further reading. One small quibble: when a word ( usually a place name, tribe name or person’s name, is likely to be unfamiliar to the listener, it would be helpful to hear it spelled out.
