  • Not High Intensity in relation to training or business

    I’ve listen to two or three episodes, just to give the podcast a chance.

    Many of the interviewees are talking about abstract concepts so far removed from the core tenet of strength training that there is an “emperor’s new clothes” feel about it. The focus is on all of the wrong things, emphasizing the very minor and missing the main things. They have turned strength training into an abstract, theoretical subject.
