534 - How To Set Your Personal Training Rates and When To Raise Prices (HIT Garage Gym Series part 3 with Pete Cerqua)
Q: How do you manage bringing your clients up to a higher rate when you reach capacity?
You can start bumping them up to a higher price incrementally while managing demand.
534 - How To Set Your Personal Training Rates and When To Raise Prices (HIT Garage Gym Series part 3 with Pete Cerqua)
Q: Do you think it also matters, like if you're coming to this as a total freshman newbie?
Yes, it differs if you're a newbie versus an experienced trainer.
528 - How To Get The Most Out of Your MedX Machines with Bill Crawford
Q: Do you recommend full range of motion on the chest press, overhead press, leg press, seat to dip?
I recommend going just a little bit higher of the lockout position because when you go to the lockout position, the structure of the bone and the mechanics of the bone take over, and the muscles aren't under the load any longer.
525 - How High-Intensity Training (HIT) Helps With Injuries Caused By CrossFit (with Salus Strength Founder Kyra Seiler)
Q: When did it click for you that CrossFit wasn't working?
Kyra's realization came as she began to read more research on resistance training and saw many injuries within the CrossFit community.
521 - 1-on-1 VS 1-on-3 VS Group Training — Which HIT Business Model Is Right For Your Strength Studio? (with Luke Carlson)
Q: What's your thoughts on the quantified supervised approach?
Carlson believes it could be an excellent business model but highlighted the need for consistent customer experiences and adequate staffing.
