I qualified in 1999 and I find the discussion and content immensely interesting and informative. If this had been around when I first qualified I would have been so happy
A great source of knowledge that reminds oneself of the constant need for self-reflection
Iâm currently applying to train as a social worker, following 8 years in the humanitarian sector. The conversations in these podcast are extremely validating for the thoughts and conflicts Iâve encountered in my work so far, with extremely thoughtful ways of approaching the complexity that comes with any work that involves people and social factors. Thank you!

"maybe we should talk to our black friends?" best point was saying how action is what matters. all well meaning, but the misunderstanding of how to discuss race from a white savior perspective was a podcast version of australia's cringeworthy "sorry day."
These podcasts are great. Thought provoking discussions.... thinking about many issues from a social work perspective. Really recommend a listen.đ
