  • Thank you

Thank you for making these podcasts. I did the lightening process a number of years ago now and the skills I learned then along with these podcasts have helped me through some difficult life events. They are my go to read when life gets on top of me and I have recommended them to many friends.

  • further podcasts?

Im coming to the end of listening to these podcasts. can any of these be updated with new information or tips as they are very useful. I realise you cover illness in relation to bugs and colds, but could there be one on managing chronic illness whilst in the grips of it and then working towards recovery and better health and functioning.

  • Great podcast to come back to!

This is a very cosy, inspiring podcast that I enjoy listening to now and then while I’m knitting. It’s a good way to help you stay on track after you’ve attended the LP-seminar, or to learn some of the philosophy behind the Lightning Process. Great job Claire and Helen!

  • Brilliant for anyone wanting to love their life

I've done the Lightning Process and turned my life around completely - but I'm still a human and on occasion I find myself doing a bit of struggle and negativity. Helen and Claire's podcast is a really fab tool for keeping me on track and reminding me of the extraodinarily empowering precepts of the Lightning Process and NLP in general. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to influence how they feel, both mentally and physically.
