  • Interesting topics. A bit more conversational at time than I prefer. Sometimes unequal positioning from the mic makes some participants voices shrill and alarming to the ear while other broadcasters are too far to hear clearly.

  • Poe Deserves Better

How do you make Edgar Allan Poe’s life boring?Just read out his history with a monotone voice with little individual comment.

Poe is an American literary icon. How you did not know Poe was American is concerning. In regards to “The Raven” it is NOT a long poem and of course it rhymes as that was the style then!

I do hope you’ll consider redoing this podcast. Poe deserves so much better.

Love the stories, even the ones I’ve heard before. I love how cat does deep dives into ancestry to get new information. Chemistry is great between the hosts.

  • Primarily Just Reading

I appreciate the research done on Edgar Allan Poe, but was hoping for more of a free-form discussion rather than someone just reading from sources. I can do that myself.

  • Great concept, bad podcast

I got ten minutes into the first episode before I had to turn it off. Hosts are annoying and spend more time talking about trivial things(people so desperate that they resort to drinking tap water)than the actual hauntings and history of the places they are featuring
