The show was good when it focused on the spooky elements, but since the name change and the obvious change in direction, it’s been down hill and boring with paste and repeat kinds of stories since. Too much focus on the true crime element and the ever present obviously political mini rants within stories about the mistreatment of woman ( which I’m strongly against) hiding as spooky stories, this coming from a hard leaning liberal. After binging 80 episodes I’m unsubscribing.
What in the Chat GPT is this writing? At least this podcast is comforting in confirming that we’re still a ways away from AI being able to pull off good writing.
This podcast provides me the eerie and chill vibes of the past lores and haunts, at the same time entertaining to listen to as I do my homework! I think that this is an interesting approach to podcast if we are looking for thrill!!!

The number of advertisements is outrageous. It's not enough to just simply say too many, because the number is more than any podcast I have listened to, and I listen to a lot of podcasts. Just plain greed! I would normally listen through ads because I live at the poverty level and it gives the podcaster revenue, but there are so many now that I start to forget what the already monotone story being read is about.
