  • Excellent Cooking Podcast with a Public Radio Flare

I love this show! I love Amy Thielen and her recipes. Her ability meld midwestern fare with her fine dining history is my jam. This show leans hard into Minnesota culture in the best way. There’s a recipe to try each week and even a call in segment, since it’s originally a radio show. I live in Colorado but love the perspective and vibe.
