I enjoyed your recent podcast with PJ Antonik. 👍
I really enjoy Johnny’s insights into the day to day management of each job and what he expects out of his subs. It’s clear he cares deeply about his craft and doing things the right way. His passion for what he does is inspiring and I try to bring that same energy and commitment to my own team. This has become one of the things I look forward to every week. If you are in construction this is a must listen.
Loving the pod so far - I am just starting out with my own business but I’ve been in the trade for 10 years. It great to hear the good the bad and the ugly of the business side and you and your guests get me fired up to elevate my level on my sites. Love the energy, glad to hear you back on the airwaves. TJ
Where to start ,
Absolutely the best building/ remodeling podcast to date . The amount of gold nuggets in each one is incredible. It’s so satisfying to hear the stories from Johnny and guest knowing that you’re not alone . Selfishly, I hope your foot never comes off the gas petal . Thank you for taking the time to produce a wicked awesome podcast.
Finally a podcast that’s honest and open about the industry. It’s been so helpful as a younger builder to hear the stories and shared similar struggles - even if I lean a little more of “keyboard warrior”. Thanks for asking great questions and then asking the follow up questions we’re all wondering. I’ll keep listening to every podcast you put out!
