  • First stop for builders seeking updated building methods

Excellent practical building advice, lots of new product exposure and great high performance home tips. Matt does a good job of covering building methods across all the climate zones which couldn’t be more important. I had to take a star for frequently repeating his 08 crash story and increasing bible verses.

A Backup Water System?
Q: What are the typical use cases and who are the customers?
Customers range from doomsday preppers and single-family homes to large developers and ranches; installations can supply rainwater supplements, back-up water for boil notices, or full neighborhood water solutions, with modular units enabling redundancy for critical needs.
A Backup Water System?
Q: What governs the water quality and how does it compare to well water or bottled water?
Water produced by Aquaria is filtered to very small particulates, achieving very low TDS levels (around four), with filtration addressing contaminants like arsenic, PFAS, nitrates, and microplastics, offering a higher and more consistent purity than typical well water or many bottled waters.
A Backup Water System?
Q: Expand on what Aquaria actually does and the core technology behind it.
Aquaria uses atmospheric water generation, converting moisture from warm, humid air into potable water through a refrigeration-like cycle, leveraging off-the-shelf components to create scalable, energy-efficient systems that can produce hundreds of gallons daily for homes and developments.
The Origin Series with Branson Fustes
Q: How do you get the next generation interested in carpentry?
It's about finding fulfilling work and promoting the craft to those looking for a meaningful career change.
The Origin Series with Branson Fustes
Q: Branson, tell us your origin story.
I started in construction while studying wildlife biology and realized my love for craftsmanship.
