It’s so refreshing to be able to hear that I achieving women are going to exactly what I’m going through. It’s such a blessing to be able to find a community of like-minded women. this burnout series is spot on.
I started listening to an episode about adhd and figured that it would be content about how to grind harder and have it all and whatever but it is so isn’t and it’s helping me really think about how I can bring more balance and not over stretch my capacity. I’m an avid listener now :)
Love listening to these like-minded women, especially when they address being burned out. Working full-time for over 25 years and powering through left me overwhelmed and burned out. It is a relief to hear that other successful women have also struggled with this and that pausing is OK.
I love how the information is so relevant to modern world and struggles. I am relatively new to this podcast and it’s becoming one of my favorite show as a female business owner!
