  • New Zealand “Wealth Tax”

You didn’t include New Zealand in your recent episode on countries that have a “wealth tax”. NZ taxes the unrealised value of foreign held investments. It’s called Foreign Investment Fund (FIF). And you can’t get credit for it on US taxes. Definitely something for people to consider before migrating there.
