Good stories but trying to theatrically relay them makes it very hard to listen to.
This podcast is really amazing and I listen to it all the time. It’s never boring and I find it so fun and relaxing to listen to. The best times for me to listen to this is on long car rides, walks, and just for fun. I’m really excited to buy one of his books.
There aren’t many podcasts that highlight Wales and the Welsh Heritage. Mark is doing a great service to the world by helping to preserve these wonderful folktales!
This is my new favorite podcast!! It’s got everything from folklore to history insights and everything in between. Mr. Rees is a true storyteller to his core, and listening to each episode (sometimes more than once) is a delight. There are times when his stories have transported me to another time in history and what people believed long before me. I’m so happy and thankful there are so many stories to listen to!
Love this pod. So knowledgable. So thoroughly researched. Please ease up on the awkward ‘morning radio advert’ cadence, it can be very off-putting. But everything else I adore.
