  • My first regular spooky podcast fix.

I came across How Haunted last summer and although my podcasts are mainly historical non fiction I do enjoy listening to paranormal podcasts which cover history too. Rob’s were exactly that, his easy way of speaking as if he’s talking to the listener with a hint of fun is especially enjoyable. Although he obviously is interested in the paranormal he isn’t biased, he always remains skeptical and tries to debunk any claims or noises he’s heard on his investigations. A great listen, thank you!

  • Love the episodes

Love the podcast. It is April 2026 so have a lot of episodes to cover. I’m currently living in Australia but originally from the North East myself. Shame I didn’t get to visit some of the places the episodes cover. Keep up the good work ☺️

  • Great show BUT

Great history into each site, But the music start and finish is distracting and there’s far too many adds. When he goes live he needs a better Mike as the popping and noice make The audio very noisy

Q: Is the North of England or the South of England more haunted?

Rob doesn't typically do anything like that, but sometimes groups do blessings at the end of investigations.
Ep 127 - Listeners' Questions IV
Q: If you had the opportunity to investigate with anybody from the past, present or both, who would you choose and why?
Rob would love to see Harry Price in action, Andrew Green for his calm approach, and Peter Underwood for his documentation in the paranormal.
