A lot of fascinating and often disturbing stories to be found here.
Some I knew of, many I didn't.
What stands out is the level of research put into these accounts and the absence of hype.
It's up to the listener what they make of it.
I will say if you thought Amityville was a hoax, as many do, you really should check that episode out.
Peter did a brilliant job sorting fact from fiction, more so than any other podcast I've heard.
