Fabulous podcast with smart women talking about issues that matter in an authentic and conscientious way. Leaves me feeling uplifted, inspired and proud member of the sisterhood!!
I think I enjoyed this podcast and concept more initially. I wonder if the format needs thought about? I think the ‘get it off your breasts’ format, can turn quickly into people just speaking negatively about a range of topics. At times, this may be what is needed - at other times it becomes just a bit draining to listen to.
Maybe some more comedic/light-hearted banter about serious issues might be more interesting...or adding a section... ‘breast appreciation?’ 🤷🏻♀️😊
Just a bit too uninformed for me. Particularly listening to the episode about clean eating. I find it very frustrating listening to people talk about alternative diets (e.g veganism, raw diet etc) when they haven’t done any actual research, and just make assumptions based on a couple of things that have been read. A short way into the podcast it was said: ‘I can guarantee you will be more healthy if you eat meat 3/4 times a week’ - but seriously, more and more research is suggesting otherwise. N... more
