    I love this podcast. Kathy manages to pack in so much education, helping listeners deconstruct deeply held beliefs about our bodies and dieting. It offers plenty of food for thought around our relationship with food—without being preachy or judgmental. A must-follow for anyone who wants a healthier relationship with food and their body, without intensive deep dives that end up overhauling or stressing out our lives.
