I remember the relief I felt when I first found this podcast.. this is what I have wanted for such a long time! Rande, like me, have a background in detox/cleansing, and different spirtual growth work. She has overcome her own eating challenges like restriction, binge eating, etc. She talks about intuitive eating, detox/cleansing, spiritual growth etc, but with a very open and curious, not black and white mind...
